    DRESSING:Oil and Vinegar Dressing

    List of Ingredients

    1 tbsp vinegar
    1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 small garlic clove,minced
    salt and pepper
    3 tbsp oil
    3 tbsp water
    1/8 tsp sugar (optional)


    Recipe

    In a samll bowl, whisk together vinegar,mustard,garlic,salt and pepper.

    Graduall whisk in oil. Whisk in water and sugar.

    Makes 1/2 cup
