    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. sausage
    3 cups instant rice
    or 2 cups regular long grain rice
    1 onion
    1 stalk celery (optional)
    3 cans chicken gumbo soup

    Recipe



    Prepare rice. Brown sausage with onion (and celery). Mix rice and meat mixture with soup. Warm thoroughly.
